June 2026

  • Sitewide Open Graph & Social Metadata: Extended the Astro Layout to output standard Open Graph and Twitter Card tags. Integrated metadata dynamic props across Homepage, Blog catalog, and Radar detail channels, alongside 7 custom PNG preview cards.

May 2026

  • Introduced Thematic Radars: Successfully deployed automated curation channels powered by real-time AI clustering and synthesis.
  • Flagship Launch: The Ecommerce Radar went live as our very first channel, delivering publication-grade summaries of retail and digital-commerce developments.
  • Real-Time Pipeline: Established a background worker that aggregates RSS/feed sources and compiles narrative briefs on a continuous 4-hour cycle.
  • Traceable Footnotes: Added structured citation footnotes linking directly back to the original article source feeds for total integrity.
  • Extended Radar Coverage: Rolled out additional active radars for Tech & AI, Indian Investment, Indian Politics, and Sports.
  • Standard Markdown Rendering: Integrated standard marked library to support rich CommonMark rendering of narrative briefs and structured superscript citations.
  • SEO & Outbound Link Attribution: Migrated public curation channels to a hierarchical parent-child folder structure /radars/[theme] for optimal search indexing, and added UTM tracking parameter attribution to all outbound source footnote references.
  • Thematic Brief Caching: Added smart caching/idempotency checks to skip synthesis calling when no new feed posts are ingested, avoiding redundant credits consumption.
  • Stale Feed Dynamic Backoff: Implemented database fields to track source health, dynamically reducing polling frequencies for stale feeds (> 30 days inactive) and auto-disabling broken feeds (10 consecutive crawl failures).
  • DB-Backed Job Queue: Designed and deployed a transactional SQLite-safe background job queue to execute crawler parses, LLM calls, and daily digests asynchronously rather than blocking HTTP request threads.
  • Greenfield Go Backend Rebuild: Ported, cleaned up, and refactored the entire Go server application to leverage standard GORM models (Digest, Radar, DailyAnalytics, Job) and strict Fiber middleware namespaces.
  • Waitlist CTA & Curation Showcase: On homepage, added dynamic thematic radar showcase grids loaded from the SQLite backend and built a premium waitlist modal saving signups local to browser priority queues.

April 2026

  • Defined the product direction for SophAI as a personal intelligence layer for cross-domain thinkers.
  • Locked v1 pipeline: Aggregate, Process, Connect, Share, and Learn.
  • Documented source priorities for v1: RSS, newsletter ingestion, and manual URLs.
  • Finalized core user outcomes: daily intelligence brief, cross-domain spark, and learning feedback loop.
  • Confirmed initial technical direction: Go backend, SvelteKit app, SQLite plus sqlite-vec, and Gemini Flash synthesis.
