By accessing and using SophAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

SophAI is a personal intelligence layer designed for cross-domain thinkers. The Service ingests content from provided sources, processes it using artificial intelligence, and delivers daily digests and interactive chat features ("Converse") to help you synthesize ideas.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account using your email or a supported third-party OAuth provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

SophAI offers paid subscription tiers processed via our payment partner, Polar.sh. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property & Content

A. Your Content

You retain all rights to the feeds and URLs you input into the Service. You grant us a license to process, synthesize, and store this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

B. AI-Generated Output

The summaries, tags, and insights generated by our AI features are for your personal use. You may export and share this content (e.g., Markdown exports) in accordance with the features provided by the Service.

C. Our Intellectual Property

The SophAI platform, including its code, design, and proprietary learning loop algorithms, remains our exclusive property.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to bypass or exploit any security measures or rate limits.
• Resell or redistribute the Service or its underlying AI capabilities without our explicit consent.
• Input sensitive, confidential, or protected health information into the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, particularly in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

The Service, including all AI-generated content, is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-synthesized information. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
